As a Field Sales Representative, you will be responsible for driving sales by engaging directly with potential customers in your assigned territory.

This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who enjoy working outdoors, meeting new people, and offering solutions that benefit both customers and the environment.

No prior sales experience? No problem we provide full training to ensure your success.

Compensation : $75,000 yearly

Responsibilities :

  • Conduct door-to-door sales in assigned territories to present and promote community solar and third-party energy solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing excellent service and support.
  • Educate customers about the benefits of green energy solutions and how they can save on their energy costs.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective communication and product knowledge.
  • Accurately track and report on sales activities and customer interactions.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your sales skills.

  • Strong Communication Skills : Ability to connect with people and convey the benefits of our solutions.
  • Self-Motivated & Goal-Oriented : Driven to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Positive Attitude : Enthusiastic about learning and growing in a sales career.
  • Team Player : Willingness to collaborate and contribute to team success.
  • Previous Sales Experience : Preferred but not required we train the right candidates.
  • Ability to Work Outdoors : Comfortable engaging in door-to-door sales and working in various weather conditions.
