The Job You Will Perform :

Responsible for playing a lead role in a variety of non-routine clerical / accounting functions, in accordance with standard procedures.

Duties and tasks reflect substantial variety and complexity. Assignments are broad in nature and usually require originality and ingenuity.

Applies advanced skills.

  • Perform daily financial activities of the plant.
  • Ensure accurate and timely processing of daily, weekly, and monthly responsibilities and reports.
  • Entering and tracking the temp labor hours and ensuring accuracy.
  • Assist in other accounting duties such as coding and tracking deposits for vendor payments.

The Skills You Will Bring :

  • Associate’s degree or equivalent (preferred), or 5+ years of relevant experience
  • Intermediate to advanced skills in Excel

  • Spanish fluency preferred
