Job Title : Regional Sales Manager - Pre-Engineered Metal Building (PEMB) Products

Position Overview : We are seeking an experienced Regional Sales Manager to oversee sales and business development initiatives for our PEMB products across a designated region.
The ideal candidate will drive sales growth, build strong customer relationships, and lead a team of sales professionals to achieve revenue targets and market expansion.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives for PEMB products within the assigned region.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including key accounts and strategic partnerships, to expand market presence.
- Manage, mentor, and motivate a team of sales representatives to meet sales goals and objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, engineers, contractors, developers, and other stakeholders in the construction industry.
- Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to enhance product offerings and support sales initiatives.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and reports for senior management, providing regular updates on sales performance and market conditions.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and ethical standards in all sales activities.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related field (preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive sales experience in the construction industry, with a focus on PEMB products or similar building systems.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth in a competitive market environment.
- Strong leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to travel within the assigned region as needed.
- Ability to work remotely within the assigned region as needed
