Associate Attorney

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Litigation Associate Attorney with a minimum of 1 year of experience to join the dynamic team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for litigation, excellent research and writing skills, and the ability to manage multiple cases efficiently.

This role involves handling a variety of litigation matters, providing exceptional legal representation to clients.Key Responsibilities : Conduct legal research and analysis on complex litigation issues.

Draft pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and other legal documents.Manage case files from inception through resolution.

Represent clients in court appearances, depositions, mediations, and arbitrations.Develop and implement case strategies in collaboration with senior attorneys.

Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel.Attend and participate in firm meetings, training sessions, and professional development activities.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of laws, regulations, and industry trends relevant to the firm’s practice areas.Qualifications : Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Admission to the New Hampshire Bar (additional admission to Massachusetts or Maine is a plus).Minimum of 1 year of experience in litigation, preferably within a law firm setting.

Strong analytical, research, and writing skills.Excellent oral advocacy and negotiation abilities.Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
