Customer Service Order Administrator

This position is for a Customer Service Order Administrator who is under direct supervision. Responsible for resolving basic customers' service or billing complaints and obtaining customers' names, addresses, billing information, product numbers, and specifications of items to be purchased. Applies basic skills in the execution of existing procedures.

What You Will Do :

• Applies basic skills in the execution of existing procedures.
• Obtains customers' names, addresses, billing information, product numbers, and specifications of items to be purchased.
• Answers basic customer inquiries on product availability, maintenance, and the status of orders.
• Resolves basic customer service or billing complaints.
• Keeps records of customer interactions or transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints or comments, as well as actions taken.
• Serves as customer interface on product status and delivery.
• Responsible for scanning, filing and archiving service order packets.
• Inducts customer returned goods (CRGs) into SAP, creates and releases repair orders to the operations floor, per the direction of the Customer Account Specialist.
• Reviews and completes pending sales billing.
• Conducts shipping tasks, including quality checks for accuracy.
• Updates and maintains induction / shipping spreadsheets for tracking orders.

The salary range for this role is $40,000 USD - $82,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education / training, and key skills. Specific benefits are dependent upon the specific business unit as well as whether or not the position is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and / or the company's performance. This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
