We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Technical Trainer. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering technical trainings on the timsTOF family, nanoLC systems, and TQ systems for our service engineers.

Responsibilities

  • timsTOF Family Training : Conduct comprehensive training sessions on the timsTOF family of products, ensuring that all trainees gain a thorough understanding of the product’s technical aspects including installation, maintenance as well as trouble shooting.
  • IQ OQ / PV Training : Provide in-depth training on Installation Qualification (IQ), Operational Qualification (OQ), and Performance Verification (PV) processes for our products.
  • nanoLC Training : Deliver detailed training on nanoLC systems, focusing on both theoretical knowledge and practical skills.
  • TQ System Training : Conduct training sessions on TQ systems, ensuring that trainees are well-versed in the system’s operation and maintenance.
  • Create training materials : Prepare and maintain up-to-date training materials for all new technologies.
  • Offer in-person and virtual training opportunities for new Bruker employees.
  • Keep up to date with the latest developments in the field and update training materials accordingly.

Qualifications

Education and / or Experience :

  • Degree in electrical engineering, electronics, biotech or chemistry related fields or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience using and training on mechanical, electro-mechanical and / or electronic equipment.

Qualifications :

  • In-depth knowledge of the timsTOF family, nanoLC systems, and TQ systems.
  • Familiarity with IQ, OQ, and PV processes.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to train employees on complex technical instruments to varying levels of expertise.
  • Willingness to travel to perform training across the . as well as participating in factory training in Bremen, Germany.

At Bruker, base salary is part of our total compensation.
