Key Responsibilities

Moderate and respond to comments across clients' social channels using their brand voice

Write engaging content to spark conversations and drive community engagement

Ensure online communities are safe and aligned with client guidelines

Required Qualifications

Native-level fluency in English and Spanish; additional languages are a plus

Professional experience managing social media platforms

Ability to work flexible shifts, including overnights and weekends

Strong writing skills in both English and Spanish

Legally authorized to work in the USA
