The Position

Cambria Solutions is seeking a research analyst who can help our national Growth practice with market insights, research, and decision support.

In this role the individual will be responsible for market & data research, business development, and general support of our Growth leadership team.

The successful candidate must know how to work independently, bring an understanding of public sector consulting, and be a strategic thinker.

The individual will also help make tactical decisions and jump in where help is needed.

Project Delivery :

  • Create compelling research papers with metrics, market trends, and data driven analysis.
  • Work with the Growth team and create pros / cons analysis.
  • Help create white papers and other collateral.
  • Organize and delivery of research findings for Cambria and its clients.
  • Provide creative and innovative solutions and results and provide input to the Growth team’s strategy.

People Development :

  • Work well with project leaders within the business unit.
  • Be a trusted advisor to the Growth team.
  • Be a proven self-starter bringing passion and enthusiasm to the team. Firm Initiatives :
  • Collaborate with internal and external technology leaders to stay abreast of trends in products, solutions, and trends.
  • Understand modern technology solutions, including agile, cloud, platform, and AI.
  • Support business development and sales initiatives.

Position Requirements / Competencies

  • 2-3 years of experience as a consultant with an understanding of business strategy and market analysis
  • An understanding of IT systems integration and management consulting
  • An understanding of public sector consulting is preferred
  • Team player willingness to engage and foster collaboration with Cambria team members
  • Experience and comfort level with fast paced high growth company
  • Excellent communications skills with an ability to work with high performing teams
  • Sound decision making and critical thinking skills
  • Ability to effectively communicate and facilitate strategic discussions
  • Excellent writing and communication skills
  • Solid organizational skills, including attention to detail and ability to multi-task
  • Possess strong interpersonal communication skills, being self-aware and humble
  • Have respect for diversity, build loyalty and lead with integrity and by example
