Role : Quality Control TechnicianClient : DOD-AerospaceLocation : Chelmsford, MADuration : 1-year contract Hourly Rate : up to $32 / hr (W2, non-benefited) Clearance : Active Secret Position Description : Inspects components, housings, and finished assemblies of electromechanical products for conformance to established work instruction, industry standards, drawings, etc.
using low / high power microscopes, test equipment, and hand-held inspection tools. Will enter inspection results into QMS and MRP systems, and work with engineering to report and detail non-conformances.
Hours will be Monday to Thursday 2 : 30pm-1 : 00am. (10 hours per day and includes 30 minute unpaid lunch). Required Skills & Experience-Microscope visual inspection-3 years inspection experience-ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) training / awareness-High School diploma / GED-secret clearance required-Use of inspection hand tools-Ability to follow work instructions Desired Skills & Experience-Defense Industry-SAP Quality Module-AS9100-Mil-STD-883-IPC-610-J-STD-001 (ACTIVE CERTIFICATION PREFERRED)-Clean Room-FOD If interested in learning more about this position, please email your resume to KDunkin@
