Position : Dispatcher

Your Responsibilities :
- Efficiently manage incoming emergency and non-emergency calls.
- Coordinate and dispatch emergency medical services and vehicles.
- Maintain clear and effective communication with EMTs, paramedics, and other emergency services.
- Monitor and track the location of emergency vehicles in real-time.
- Handle administrative tasks and maintain accurate records of dispatch calls.
Minimum Job Requirements :
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to remain calm and make quick decisions in high-pressure situations.
- Basic computer and typing skills.
- Experience in dispatch or related field is preferred but not required.
