Leading a team of maintenance technicians :

  • Provide guidance, training, and mentorship to ensure a skilled and efficient team.
  • Developing and implementing a preventive maintenance program
  • Plan and schedule regular equipment inspections and services to minimize downtime and maximize production efficiency.
  • Diagnosing and troubleshooting complex machinery : Utilize your expertise in electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic systems to pinpoint and resolve equipment malfunctions.
  • Optimizing equipment performance : Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance equipment lifespan and production output.
  • Ensuring a safe work environment : Enforce all safety protocols and regulations within the maintenance department. Conduct regular safety inspections and lead by example.
  • Maintaining an inventory of spare parts : Develop and manage a system to ensure the availability of necessary parts for timely repairs, minimizing production delays.
  • Collaborating with production teams : Communicate effectively with production personnel to understand equipment issues, prioritize repairs, and ensure minimal disruption to the manufacturing process.
  • Preparing maintenance reports and documentation : Maintain accurate records of repairs, preventative maintenance, and inventory.
