Responsibilities :

• Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients through proactive and regular communication methods.
• Work closely with the administrative team at Dan Chin Homes to prepare, price, and promote properties for clients in McFarland, WI, USA.
• Ensure prompt responses to all inquiries and leads regarding property listings.
• Skillfully engage with Buyers' Agents to negotiate contracts until successful transaction completion.
• Actively prospect and attract potential clients using effective strategies.
• Foster a collaborative and supportive team environment with colleagues.
• Perform thorough market analyses to determine accurate listing prices for properties in the area.
• Utilize leads from a well-established team database to reach out and connect with new clients effectively.
• Deliver engaging and informative property presentations to potential sellers in McFarland, WI, USA.
• Facilitate negotiations between buyers, sellers, and other agents to achieve client objectives successfully.
• Collaborate with industry professionals such as lenders, appraisers, and inspectors to ensure seamless property transactions.
