Compensation :

$100,000+ at plan yearly

Responsibilities :

• Guide and advise buyers through the home-buying process annually
• Assess client’s needs and formulate appropriate search parameters
• Accompany clients on showings and aid in decision-making
• Pursue a prosperous career in real estate through commitment and collaboration
• Continually attract prospects for potential customers
• Facilitate open houses to showcase properties and build a network
• Coordinate efforts to negotiate property sale between buyer and seller or listing agent to achieve client goals
• Proactively work with customers, providing excellent, consistent communication
• Collaborate with other real estate professionals, such as lenders, appraisers, and inspectors
• Prepare representation contracts and purchase agreements
• Work collaboratively with team members

Qualifications :

• Hold or be actively pursuing a real estate license in the state of Wisconsin
• Demonstrate resilience and persistence in handling challenging situations within the real estate market
• Embrace a positive and customer-oriented approach when assisting clients
• Advocate strongly for clients and their real estate objectives
• Utilize active listening and questioning skills to establish rapport and identify client needs effectively
• Be open to learning and implementing new tools, systems, and technologies to enhance real estate practices
• Possess strong organizational skills and demonstrate excellent time management abilities
• Maintain a flexible schedule with availability for weekend and evening appointments
• Prioritize customer service experience as a valuable asset
• Hold a high school diploma or equivalent
