Job Description :
We’re looking for a Reservations and Customer Service Coordinator to manage all bookings, customer inquiries, and phone calls.
The ideal candidate will be highly proficient in using Resy , have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and be able to work efficiently both remotely and on-site as needed.
Responsibilities :
- Manage all reservation bookings through Resy
- Answer phone calls and emails in a timely and professional manner
- Provide excellent customer service and respond to guest inquiries
- Coordinate with restaurant management on guest needs and bookings
- Ensure that all reservations are accurately recorded and confirmed
Qualifications :
- Experience with Resy or similar reservation systems
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work remotely with flexible hours (some on-site work if needed)
- Customer service experience, preferably in hospitality or restaurants
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
