Key Responsibilities
Coach and mentor a team of Residential Outbound Sales Executives
Drive the team to meet and exceed sales quotas
Monitor call performance indicators and conduct coaching sessions to improve sales strategies
Required Qualifications
Experience leading and motivating a sales team
College degree and 2-4 years of related experience, or 6+ years of equivalent experience
Experience managing an outbound sales team is preferred
Ability to analyze and solve problems
Outstanding time management and organizational skills
