This role offers the opportunity to lead sales efforts for advanced radar solutions in the critical infrastructure sector. The Regional Sales Manager will own territory development, identify and capture new business opportunities, and manage relationships with senior executives and strategic partners. This position combines strategic planning, technical expertise, and hands-on sales execution to drive revenue growth and market expansion. The successful candidate will have the autonomy to develop capture strategies, manage complex sales cycles, and represent the company at conferences, demonstrations, and executive meetings. Accountabilities :

• Identify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities across the assigned territory.
• Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline with accurate forecasting and reporting.
• Develop and implement capture strategies aligned with corporate objectives.
• Engage in high-level conversations with senior executives and decision-makers.
• Lead solution implementation at customer sites as needed to ensure satisfaction.
• Conduct competitive assessments and articulate the strengths of offered solutions.
• Cultivate strategic partnerships with defense-focused integrators, resellers, and value-added partners.
• Conduct on-site product demonstrations and represent the company at conferences and test sites.
• Manage post-sale relationships to drive expansion, renewals, and customer loyalty.
• Track performance, share insights, and continuously improve sales processes and outcomes.
