JOB SUMMARY : This is an exceptional opportunity to be involved with mega capital infrastructure transit / rail projects for our key clients.

Qualified applicants will be able to demonstrate an established career in the transportation transit and rail industry and have a successful track record with the delivery of mega-transit / rail programs.

This role will support client procurements by assisting in pre-award planning and coordination of their assigned project(s).

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES : + Support development and execution of significant rail / transit projects including light rail, heavy rail subway, commuter rail, high-speed rail, and / or bus rapid transit surface, aerial or underground project pursuits and delivery (traditional and alternative) + Establish relationships and interact with major clients + Provide technical expertise and input to client procurements, evaluations and selection process(es) + Directly involved in the day-to-day management and delivery of their assigned client project(s) from initial contract negotiations to final commissioning, start-up and handover.

  • A desire to work with external contractors / consultants, AECOM’s other divisions / regions and interact directly with major clients + Be a visible and trusted advisor to clients by promoting AECOM’s values both internally and externally Qualifications MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS : + BA / BS + 6 years of relevant experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and / or education PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS : + Experience in Alternative Delivery Methods + Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering + Track and manage task budgets and schedule experience + Demonstrate leadership skills and communication skills requiring client interaction + Ability to work with various multi-disciplined teams is essential to this role + Provide in-depth Quality Control and Quality Assurance for design / project management / program management Additional Information + Travel is required for this position.
