Qualifications :

• Local to Corona, California or willing to relocate.
• Stable work history and strong letters of recommendation.
• Demonstrated success in a recruitment role with a focus on identifying highly qualified candidates.
• Advanced skills in negotiating, writing, and technical and business acumen.
• Strong capability to learn and adapt to new industries, technologies, and methodologies quickly.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with candidates and team members.
