Position Summary :
Responsible for supporting and ensuring dedicated assigned fleets and high value customers receive the highest quality service from all Rihm departments.
Will act as a liaison between assigned fleet accounts and Kenworth shops across the network to minimize downtime for trucks in for repair.
Will be the subject matter expert on Kenworth Remote Diagnostics (TruckTech+) and be provide education & support to Rihm Team Members and customers
Essential Position Functions & Responsibilities :
- Serve as the primary liaison between repair shops, customers, and other stakeholders.
- Collaborate with OEM representatives to expedite parts and repairs as needed.
- Support fleet customers outside the dedicated Kenworth Concierge group by leveraging our dealer network contacts.
- Address support requests from Parts, Service, Truck Sales, and Leasing departments.
- Demonstrate and train customers and technicians on programs and service tools.
- Represent Rihm Kenworth effectively during on-site customer visits and meetings.
- Possess knowledge of the trucking industry.
- Deliver exceptional customer service.
- Be familiar with or capable of learning Kenworth / Paccar information systems (e.g., Warranty programs, Service Information, TruckTech+).
- Engage proactively with customers to sell TruckTech+ subscriptions as they near the end of their current period.
- Monitor the TruckTech+ map and dashboard for units in our Area of Responsibility (A.O.R) that need service, and contact fleets to recommend our service locations or mobile trucks.

Preferred Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, sales, marketing, or related field.
- Experience with CDK, DECISIV & other PACCAR OEM Software applications
- Heavy duty truck dealership experience
- Strong understanding of fleet operations and service requirements
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Willingness to travel as needed to meet with customers and attend industry events.
- Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions and reach agreed upon outcomes.
- Proven self-starter, takes initiative, high level of creativity.
- Ability to use creativity to solve problems and meet customer needs within company guidelines.
