DFC Company (Dakota Fence, 3D Specialties, Sign Solutions USA, Dakota Playground, Park & Play USA, Town & Country Fence, and Dakota Unlimited) is a growing specialty contractor primarily involved in residential / commercial fence, highway guardrail, fabrication, and commercial playground construction as well as traffic control and pavement marking services.
We provide services to homeowners, commercial businesses, and government entities. Our dedicated employees (our Blue Family ) work from five branches throughout ND & MN and service five states, with a wider retail presence through our national sign manufacturing and distribution businesses.

Shift and Time : 7 : 00 AM - 5 : 00 PM, Day Shift (Overtime Available)
Pay : Starting at $19.00 an hour and up
Summary :
- Assist Foreman in fence, guardrail, permanent sign, or playground installations, as well as setting up traffic zones
- Maintain excellent customer service and positive company image
- Prepare the job site for installation, including digging holes and mixing concrete
- Load and unload tools, materials, and equipment
- Operate various hand and power tools, skid steers, air hammers, and / or forklifts
- Safely operate company vehicles
- Work outdoors in diverse weather conditions
- Follow all safety and environmental policies of DFC Company
- Construction experienced preferred
