Role Description

We are excited to announce an opportunity for a full-time, on-site Sales Manager at our Plantation, FL office. As a key member of of the team, you will play a pivotal role in steering the success of our sales department.

Your responsibilities will include :

  • Leading, mentoring, and expanding a dedicated team of sales professionals.
  • Crafting and executing innovative sales strategies.
  • Conducting in-depth market analysis to identify new opportunities.
  • Fostering and sustaining long-term relationships with clients.
  • Managing overflow calls and ensuring seamless customer experiences.
  • Overseeing CRM and lead management processes to optimize sales effectiveness.

Qualifications

  • Exceptional sales and business development acumen.
  • Proven experience in leading and nurturing a team of sales representatives.
  • Expertise in formulating and implementing comprehensive sales strategies.
  • Strong market research capabilities.
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • A solid background in sales and marketing, preferably in the financial sector.
  • Experience in debt relief or financial services is highly advantageous.
  • A proven track record of consistently meeting or surpassing sales targets.
  • Bilingual abilities are highly desirable.
