NYS Occupational Therapist (OTR L) licensed provider

Full-Time school age occupational therapist

Part-Time, Fee for Service Opportunities available,Flexible scheduling!

Full-Time Compensation : $63,000-$67,000

Please note this is a range. Salary / rates are determined by services provided, professional experience, and license / certifications held.

Fee for Service Compensation : $60-$69 / hour session

Responsibilities :

Design and implement creative individual and / or group therapeutic interventions for all children on your caseload.

Administer and write up occupational therapy evaluations.

Ongoing communication with lead supervisors & coordinators, specifically related to case management.

Maintain professionalism with families, school teams, and other professionals

Maintain accurate and timely attendance and billing logs.

Create and maintain schedules with assigned individual families / school personnel.

Collects data on each IFSP / IEP goal and reports on progress quarterly.

Provide input and attend / teleconference initial CPSE / CSE meetings and / or annual reviews.

Graduate from an accredited university with a degree in Occupational Therapy

Current New York State Occupational Therapy License

Bilingual is a plus
