Role Description

As a Sales Development Representative you will be the face of our company - offering exceptional sales & customer service to our growing client list! As part of your responsibilities, you will be expected to generate new business and build relationships with current customers.

Sales goals will be clearly defined in a annual plan. As a Sales Development Representative, you'll lead our sales efforts, guiding prospects from initial contact to final sale and beyond.

But beyond managing the sales process, you'll be the architect of trust, fostering strong relationships with our clients through engaging activities like lunches, dinners, Minnesota Wild games, and golf outings all company-expensed.

Your role will be pivotal in not just closing deals, but in building lasting partnerships that drive our company forward.

Qualifications

  • Candidates must have experience in the Oil & Gas industries. (Chemicals, Ethanol, Refineries, Waste Disposal, Tank Services, etc.) (Minimum 2 years)
  • Environmental & Industrial Services, Waste Management, and 24 / 7 Emergency Response Services Sales Experience.
  • Sales and Lead Generation skills (Minimum 1 Year)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven track record in sales and business development
  • Ability to effectively communicate complex information and ideas
  • Self-motivated and results-driven

Compensation

  • $60,000 Base Salary + Uncapped Commission
