The estate planning role is a hybrid legal assistant / paralegal position . The paralegal will work with one partner and two associates.
The ideal candidate should be poised, professional, and polished. The estate planning paralegal will work closely with attorneys on legal matters, perform basic legal research and draft legal documents and letters for the attorneys’ review.
In addition, they may do some corporate paralegal duties and will back-up the corporate paralegal when out on PTO. They will also be expected to perform clerical duties traditionally performed by legal assistants.
The candidate must have excellent written and oral communication skills, technical savvy and strong attention to detail.
