Lead Treatment Coordinator / Practice Administrator

Downers Grove, IL | Full-Time | $20 - $30 / hour + Bonus Potential

Are you a people-person with strong leadership skills and a passion for helping others? Downers Grove Dental and Orthodontics is looking for a Lead Treatment Coordinator / Practice Administrator to be the face of our office and help drive an exceptional patient experience, every single day.

This is more than just a front desk job. You’ll be a key leader on our team, helping patients feel confident about their care and supporting the daily success of our growing practice!

What You’ll Do :

• Greet and welcome patients warmly, you set the tone for their visit!
• Present treatment plans clearly and compassionately
• Schedule and manage appointments for efficient patient flow
• Handle billing, insurance coordination, and claim processing
• Encourage patient reviews and online engagement
• Provide general administrative support (scanning, data entry, etc.)
• Participate in daily team huddles and collaborate with clinical staff
• Maintain a clean, stocked, and welcoming front office environment
• Reflect company core values in all interactions

Compensation & Benefits :

Pay : $20–$30 / hour, depending on experience
