Job Description

The Talent Assessment Specialist will work closely with HR Leaders, Hiring Managers, and Talent Acquisition in the design and delivery of best-in-class assessments for employees and applicants alike.

The successful candidate will act as a subject matter expert and use psychometric assessments to inform talent decisions.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities :

  • Manage the administration and execution of the company’s assessment program
  • Develop guidelines, processes, communications, and training to support the use of selection and assessment tools
  • Work closely key stakeholders to translate assessment results and insights in order to guide effective hiring decisions
  • Partner with functional SMEs and hiring managers to understand what skills, abilities, work behaviors, and traits are essential to success
  • Research and evaluate assessment vendors for product quality, alignment with business needs and ability to meet technical standards
  • Lead and manage assessment and selection vendors
  • Conduct validations, ROI studies, adverse impact, and other analyses, working with colleagues in Talent Analytics
  • Perform periodic audits of assessment tools and practices for compliance with guidance from the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and other public entities
  • Work with subject matter experts to update and customize behavioral and technical competency frameworks
  • Design and delivery learning materials to support the deployment of assessments
  • Support additional HR projects as assigned

Required Skills, Education, Experience :

  • Advanced degree in Industrial-Organizational Psychology required
  • In-depth understanding of psychometric assessment methodology
  • Experience with behavioral interviewing techniques and best practices
  • Excellent communication and consultative skills
  • Knowledge of US EEOC requirements and Uniform Guidelines as they relate to talent acquisition and assessment
  • Minimum Travel to PCC companies, up to 5%

For informational purposes only, the range for annual base salary for this role is $85000 to $95000 US Dollar (USD) Salaried based on a variety of factors.

For informational purposes only, this role is eligible to participate in the Company’s Executive Bonus Plan, paid out up to 20% of the applicable annual base salary, based on the Company’s performance in the prior calendar year.

Employees will receive 120 hours paid time off every year. Employees will also receive 10 paid holidays. Employees (and their families) are eligible to participate in the company's medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance.

Employees are eligible to enroll in the Company’s 401(k) plan. This position requires use of information or access to production processes subject to national security controls under U.

S. export control laws and regulations (including, but not limited to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and the Export Administration Regulations (EAR)).

To be qualified to work in this facility, a successful applicant must be a U.S. Person, as defined in those regulations, and able to supply evidence of that qualification prior to starting work or be authorized to receive controlled information under a specific license or permission from the relevant government agency.

The U.S. export control regulations define a U.S. person as a U.S. Citizen, U.S. National, U.S. Permanent Resident (i.e.
