Key Responsibilities :

Tropicana Brands Group is looking for a highly qualified Territory Manager to support the Market Manager to ensure the company’s goals and initiatives are met.

This role will be responsible for Influencing and leading a team of Independent Operators covering MNY Brooklyn business.

The territory covers all channels of trade including Small Format, Grocery, Convenience, Bodega stores and Foodservice.

Tropicana is looking for a critical thinker with exceptional communication, influencing and relationship management skills who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

We are seeking a candidate based in Metro New York Territory.

Additional responsibilities include :

  • IO Customer and Retailer Support at market level
  • Managed +10 Independent Operators
  • Lead Business Opportunities with Solutions and Metric Reporting Support
  • Engaged with Customer with Building POD’s along with implementing POG Schematics.
  • Ability to structure and prioritize tasks, and focus efforts in an ambiguous work environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to implement short- and long-term strategies to support organizational operation and transformation

Professional Experience / Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred
  • Minimum 2 years sales experience, preferably with a Consumer-Packaged Goods or Food / Beverage organization
  • Highly motivated individua with excellent communication, negotiation, influencing and follow-up skills
  • Seasoned in conflict management
  • Strong computer skills
  • Excellent analytical ability
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule involving early mornings, evenings and / or weekend
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States
  • Clean driving record for the past 3 years
  • Must pass a drug screen and background investigation
