An established university in Baltimore is seeking a polished and friendly Front Desk Coordinator to join their team! The Front Desk Coordinator will act as the Director of First Impressions, provide administrative support for their front desk and back office, sign for packages, direct visitors, handle discrimination reports, answer phone calls, schedule meetings, calendar maintenance, and more.
The ideal candidate has a strong attention to detail, works well under pressure, and has an enthusiastic demeanor!
- Must have experience in Administrative Assistance
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft Outlook is required
- Must possess strong Interpersonal Skills
- Experience in Customer Service is essential
- Should be adept at Data Entry
- Experience in Organizing Files is necessary
- Must have experience in Answering Multi-Line Phone System
- Concierge Services experience is beneficial
- Prior experience in a similar role within the Education - University industry is preferred
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills are required
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively
- Must be able to work independently and as part of a team
- Should be able to handle high volume of work in a fast-paced environment
- Must have a positive attitude and excellent customer service skills
- Ability to learn and adapt quickly to new processes and procedures.
