Your Role : As the Manager of Labor and Delivery and Antepartum, you will : Duties and Responsibilities
Supervise department activities
- Maintain clinical and operational excellence
- Provide leadership and support to staff and physicians
- Deliver professional nursing care
Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s Degree (B.A. / B.S.) required; Master’s Degree (MSN) preferred
- Current RN licensure in California
- BLS, ACLS, and NRP certifications
- 3+ years of supervision experience, 1-3 years of nursing management experience
- Expertise in Labor & Delivery, Antepartum, and healthcare management
Additional Information :
- Full-Time Evenings; No Weekends
- Initial Phone Screen : 2 HOURS PER CANDIDATE AVAILABILITY
- Next Interview : 48 HOURS PER CANDIDATE AVAILABILITY
- Onsite Interview (if required) : 7 DAYS PER CANDIDATE AVAILABILITY
- Interview Flexibility : Skype, FaceTime, Duo, etc.
