Real Estate Services Coordinator
Pittsburgh, PA (onsite)
3+ Month Contract (Potential to convert to perm)
This position supports the Above and Beyond program, a concierge service for building tenants. Responsibilities include scheduling conference space, maintaining tenant amenity areas, coordinating events, greeting visitors at the tenant center, answering phones, uploading invoices, and validating insurance.
Parking is not fully paid for but $5 per day parking vouchers may be purchased.
Responsibilities
Schedule conference spaces and coordinate tenant events
Maintain tenant amenity areas to ensure they are fully stocked
Serve as the first point of contact for visitors entering the tenant center
Answer phones, upload invoices, and validate insurance
Assist with administrative tasks like calendar management, correspondence, filing, and copying
Work with vendors to open and monitor work orders
Assist in coding invoices and input them into the accounting system for payment
Requirements
High school diploma or GED required, Bachelor's Degree preferred
1+ years of experience in a professional setting, property management experience preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Strong front-facing customer service experience
Go-getter" attitude, ready to learn, and people-oriented
Experience with Angus Anywhere, Yardi, or MRI is a plus
Previous real estate administrative experience is a plus
