We are currently seeking a Mortgage Loan Processor to join our team. This position will assist members with their loan applications;
processor obtains the required documentation and reviews the mortgage file for completeness and regulatory compliance prior to submitting the file for underwriting approval.
Required Qualifications :
1. Three to five years of similar or related work experience
2. Associates Degree preferred or completion of a specialized course of study at a business or trade school.
3. Knowledge of Agency, Freddie Mac, and Fannie Mae underwriting required
4. Some course work in mortgage, financial or business desired
5. Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills
6. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
7. Ability to use sound judgment and diplomacy
8. Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and FICS LP preferred
9. Accurate typing with a minimum speed of 35 wpm
