POSITION SUMMARY

Set up, adjust, and operate metal fabrication machinery and equipment to change raw material structure based on given specifications. Fabricate directly from drawings, or programming and work instructions.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Fabricate directly from drawings and work instructions without supervision
  • Setup and operate various metal fabrication machines
  • Inspect parts to ensure accuracy
  • Above-average skills related to the Shear, Break, Punch, and other fabrication related equipment
  • Can handle and operate standard Fabrication hand tools, ie. Drills, grinders, etc.
  • Ability to read and understand Complex Mechanical Fabrication Drawings

    • QUALIFICATIONS

  • Previous experience with Punch Press preferred
  • Knowledge of metal forming equipment and ability to adjust and solve problems as needed
  • Must be able to lift up to 50lbs
  • Experienced in Fabrication or related activities
  • High School Diploma or GED preferred
  • Ability to operate typical fabrication hand tools

    • The target hourly range is $21.00 - $25.00, depending upon qualifications and experience. Expanded pay ranges may be available for growth and advancement opportunities. In addition to hourly pay, the compensation package also includes eligibility for profit-sharing and monthly bonus opportunity. Additionally, for eligible full-time employees, we offer a competitive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, life, and disability benefits; paid time off and paid holidays; 401(k) retirement plan and employee stock ownership plan.
