OVERVIEW
The Sales Operations Analyst is responsible for the development and maintenance of systematic and manual sales operations, and the development of certain sales processes to increase sales volume and effectiveness.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversee Sales team processes
- Coordinate and manage process changes with other employees
- Work closely with Information Systems’ team to develop and deploy technical changes to CRM
- Assist Sales members with customer quotes and other requests
- Develop training materials and provide associated training
- Develop sales and marketing reports to help identify areas for improvement and increase sales activity
- Assist in data audits and cleanup
- Assist sales managers with monthly reporting requirements
- Assist with tracking and reporting sales commissions & goal attainments
- Assist Partnership team with all Salesforce related activities
- Assist with Partnership program’s billing and invoicing
WHO YOU ARE
- Bachelor degree from an accredited 4-year college or university in a technical or business related field
- Minimum 1-3 years experience in sales operations or working closely with sales
- Exposure to Salesforce.com CRM
- Aptitude for understanding various business models and processes
- Ability to project manage, including creation through launch
- Strong writing skills
- Strong Excel skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Willingness to roll-up your sleeves as needed
