We are on the lookout for a dedicated, competent temporary dispatcher with outstanding customer service skills to join our team.
Our company is a leading provider of Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) services.
The ideal candidate must have a comprehensive understanding of dispatching protocols and procedures, and possess excellent customer service abilities, as they will play an integral role in ensuring customer satisfaction and coordinating service requests to our team of technicians.
This position may also involve handling customer inquiries, scheduling, and facilitating urgent response to emergency issues.
Responsibilities :
- Answering customer calls and providing detailed information about our services.
- Dispatching HVAC technicians to homes and businesses on a scheduled or emergency basis.
- Providing timely responses to emergency situations and coordinating with technical team for resolution.
- Managing service requests, scheduling appointments, and ensuring technicians are promptly and accurately dispatched.
- Utilizing our dispatching software to record and maintain client data and service history.
- Providing exceptional customer service, handling and escalating customer complaints as needed.
- Keeping accurate records of all communication with customers.
- High School Diploma or equivalent, further education in a related field is a plus.
- Proven experience as a dispatcher or similar position, experience in HVAC industry preferred.
- Exceptional customer service skills, with active listening and excellent communication abilities.
- Competency in managing stressful situations calmly and effectively.
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Experience with dispatching software is a plus.
- Ability to work different shifts or overtime as needed.
