We are looking for an energetic professional for our sales development role who is ready to jump in and help our company grow.
You'll need strong persuasion skills to convert potential customer prospects into qualified leads. We need someone who knows how to find prospects on social media and start building relationships with them.
Our ideal candidate has prior experience in customer service or sales, is a great dealmaker, and enjoys talking to people on the phone and in person.

Responsibilities :
- Attend online and in-person meetings, trainings, trade shows, and sales events
- Keep an eye on what the competition is doing, and come up with a strategy to market to potential customers
- Prospect leads by doing a variety of actions, such as calling, texting, or emailing individuals, and chatting with them at events
- Communicate with sales leadership to reach team goals and improve operations
- Strategize how to use social media like Facebook, LinkedIn, and other social media outlets
Qualifications :
- Previous customer service experience is highly desired
- Stellar communication, presentation, persuasion, interpersonal, and negotiating skills
- High school diploma required, bachelor’s degree preferred
- Understanding the sales process and how to enter information into client databases desired
- You are an organized, detail oriented self-starter who loves contributing your team’s goals
