Overview
Lead Tenable Engineer – build, troubleshoot, and maintain the ACAS solution for the Department of the Air Force (DAF). Work with architects and project managers to deliver a secure Tenable architecture.
Responsibilities
- Develop, improve, and maintain the Tenable ACAS solution with focus on Azure Cloud, Red Hat Linux, and Tenable software.
- Investigate root causes of issues and conduct troubleshooting.
- Implement CI / CD pipelines and use DevOps tools such as Ansible, Puppet, Chef.
- Write automation scripts in Bash, Python, Ruby, and PowerShell.
- Support the Project Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) and identify continuous improvement opportunities.
- Develop topology and flow diagrams and brief solution presentation material.
- Maintain RHEL operating infrastructure and deploy Kubernetes containers on Azure and VMware hypervisors.
Qualifications
Active Secret security clearance.15+ years of relevant experience (Bachelor's Degree may substitute 5 years of experience).7+ years with ACAS solutions; Tenable preferred with minimum 5 years of direct experience.5+ years with Ansible DevOps processes and tools.3+ years automating and hardening Red Hat Linux operating systems.Experience supporting Department of Defense.Excellent communication and briefing skills.One of the following certifications : CISSP or equivalent DoD 8140 Compliance certification.Pay Range
$90,300 – $189,600.
