Lead Tenable Engineer

Overview

Lead Tenable Engineer – build, troubleshoot, and maintain the ACAS solution for the Department of the Air Force (DAF). Work with architects and project managers to deliver a secure Tenable architecture.

Responsibilities

• Develop, improve, and maintain the Tenable ACAS solution with focus on Azure Cloud, Red Hat Linux, and Tenable software.
• Investigate root causes of issues and conduct troubleshooting.
• Implement CI / CD pipelines and use DevOps tools such as Ansible, Puppet, Chef.
• Write automation scripts in Bash, Python, Ruby, and PowerShell.
• Support the Project Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) and identify continuous improvement opportunities.
• Develop topology and flow diagrams and brief solution presentation material.
• Maintain RHEL operating infrastructure and deploy Kubernetes containers on Azure and VMware hypervisors.

Pay Range

$90,300 – $189,600.
