Description We are in search of a Human Resources - Experienced Professional to join our team in Golden Valley, Minnesota.
As part of this role, you will play a crucial role in managing and resolving sensitive workplace issues, coaching managers, and contributing to our employee relations priorities.
This position offers a short term contract employment opportunity.
Responsibilities
Coach managers on fostering employee performance and enhancing their leadership skills.
Provide guidance on sensitive matters relating to misconduct, accommodation, and separations.
Employ investigatory and regulatory expertise to resolve sensitive concerns including harassment, discrimination, and misconduct.
Support partners on a broad range of issues including reorganizations and restructures, while also identifying and sharing related tools and best practices.
Understand trends relating to your work, develop actionable insights, identify training opportunities and related policy and process improvements.
Manage stakeholders efficiently to ensure all solutions align with company culture, corporate policies, and the law.
Partner across the organization to contribute to Employee Relations priorities, with a focus on data and analytics, training, and expansion of Centers of Excellence.
Use your experience in Human Resources Administration to maintain accurate records and process customer credit applications.
Apply your skills in Leadership, Communication, and Change Management to coach teams and support employees. Requirements - Proven experience in Human Resources Administration
Proficiency in HR-related software including About Time and Mindset Software
Demonstrable experience in Training and Policy development
Strong analytical skills with the ability to develop and interpret HR Analytics
Excellent Leadership Skills with the ability to manage and inspire teams
Sound knowledge of HR Regulations and Best Practices
Ability to develop and enhance Brand Awareness within the organization
Strong Communication Skills with the ability to liaise with various Stakeholders and Partners
Experience in Integration and Process Improvement in a HR setting
Understanding of Manufacturing industry would be advantageous
Experience in Employee Relations and Change Management
Knowledge of HR Frameworks and Performance Management strategies
Familiarity with Laptop Hardware and FMLA regulations
Proven ability to generate Insights from HR data
Knowledge of Restore processes would be considered A Plus
Positive and proactive mindset.
