Overview of the Accounts Payable Specialist role :
- Manual data entry of Accounts Payable invoices
- Process 2500 + invoices per month
- Match P.O. to invoice
- Handle manual and multiple approvals
- Communicate with vendors via email and phone
- Research and correct errors
- Reconcile vendor statements
- Special Projects
Preferred Qualifications for the Accounts Payable Specialist :
- 2+ years Accounts Payable experience
- Solid MS Excel
- Ability to work independently and take initiative in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and organized
- Great communication and follow-through
