Job Summary :
In the role of IT Director, you'll oversee ongoing projects related to our ERP systems, manage vendor relationships, and provide support for our technology stack.
This position is vital for shaping the IT department's future and driving the growth strategy for RHD Tire.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead and manage IT projects, ensuring alignment with our strategic goals and timely delivery.
- Collaborate with IT vendors to optimize and enhance our technology stack.
- Provide support to users, troubleshooting issues and facilitating solutions.
- Conduct thorough analyses to contribute to long-term growth strategies.
- Build and lead the IT department, driving location and technology expansion initiatives.
- Facilitate the integration and implementation of ERP solutions.
- Manage project timelines, ensuring effective communication among all stakeholders.
Qualifications : Required :
Required :
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, and / or Industry-related field.
- Experience with ERP systems, either in a user capacity or through implementation.
- Strong background in system integration.
- Proven project management experience in manufacturing, wholesale distribution, and / or IT sectors.
- Willingness to work in a hybrid environment near one of our following locations : Grand Rapids, Detroit, Indianapolis, Chicago.
Nice to Have :
- Familiarity with NetSuite.
- Experience with EDI and supply chain management.
- Knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
- Skills in API integration.
- Proficiency in Azure DevOps.
- Experience with NSAW, Power BI, and Microsoft ERP systems.
- Development skills in JavaScript, X++, and HTML.
- Familiarity with Boomi and OrderFul.
- Experience with Microsoft admin tasks.
