Duties and Responsibilities

• 3-way matching of our manufacturer invoices, maintaining manufacturer accounts, accounts payable data entry of invoices into the system
• Assisting accounts payable lead in processing checks for mailing, printing and sorting emailed invoices, and electronic filing of documents.

A successful candidate will be self-motivated and will have a strong attention to detail.

Key skills needed include the ability to type both numbers and letters interchangeably without looking at the keyboard at a fairly fast pace, ability to use a 10-key, and good time management.

A successful candidate will have a positive attitude toward high volumes of work. After core skills are mastered, there will be some cross-training on other duties as the need arises (duties may include but are not limited to spiff processing, setting up new vendors, and rebate processing).Duties and Responsibilities

With that said, as required by local law, Vaco believes that the following salary range referenced above reasonably estimates the base compensation for an individual hired into this position in geographies that require salary range disclosure.

The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses.
