Position Overview :

We are seeking a proactive, results-driven Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our team at our Santa Clara, CA location.

The BDR will play a critical role in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities to help fuel our growth. This is a hands-on, on-site role where you’ll actively engage with potential clients, build relationships, and generate leads to support our sales team.

As a BDR, you’ll be responsible for driving the pipeline of new business through strategic outreach and lead generation efforts.

You will work closely with our marketing and sales teams to convert leads into long-term business relationships.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Lead Generation : Identify and engage new business opportunities in the healthcare, wellness, and diagnostic testing industries.
  • Outbound Sales : Conduct cold calls, emails, and direct outreach to generate interest in Vibrant Wellness Labs’ diagnostic services.
  • Product Promotion : Effectively articulate the benefits and value of Vibrant Wellness Labs' products, including our advanced diagnostic tests and wellness solutions, tailored to the needs of prospective clients.
  • Sales Qualification : Qualify leads and opportunities by gathering key information and understanding customer needs, challenges, and potential pain points.
  • Collaborate with Sales Team : Work closely with the sales team to hand over qualified leads and provide insights that will help close new business.
  • Market Research : Keep up to date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands to refine lead generation strategies.
  • CRM Management : Maintain accurate records of all interactions with prospects using HubSpot CRM and update lead status and pipeline activities.
  • Reporting & Analysis : Provide regular reports on lead generation activities, including outreach metrics, conversion rates, and progress toward goals.
  • Team Collaboration : Participate in team meetings and sales strategy sessions to share feedback, discuss challenges, and suggest solutions for continuous improvement.

Requirements :

  • Experience : 1-3 years of experience in business development, sales, or a lead generation role, preferably within the healthcare, wellness, or diagnostics industry.
  • Skills :
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proven ability to make cold calls and generate new business
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish trust quickly
  • Ability to present complex concepts in a clear and persuasive manner
  • Organized, goal-oriented, and able to work independently to meet targets
  • Tech-Savvy : Familiarity with CRM systems (HubSpot) and basic sales tools for lead management.
  • Adaptability : Ability to adjust strategies based on feedback and market trends.
  • Local Applicants : Must be based in or near Santa Clara, CA, and be able to work from our office full-time.
  • Education : Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred, but not required.
