Job Description : We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Service Manager to join our team.
In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the customer service department, ensuring our customers receive outstanding service, and assisting our team of service advisors to achieve customer service goals.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback promptly and effectively.
- Train, mentor, and evaluate customer service representatives to enhance their skills and performance.
- Monitor and analyze customer service metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer experiences.
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor, representing the dealership's values.
Qualifications :
- Proven experience as a Customer Service Manager or similar role in a dealership or retail environment.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle challenging situations with patience and professionalism.
- Proficient in using customer service software and tools.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in management or a related field are a plus.
