Compensation Data

• $26 - $30 / hr, depending on skills and qualifications
• Full time, temporary position, through end of Feb 2025

Job Duties

• Ensure timely and accurate recording of sales, inventory, expenses and timesheet data from the field
• Perform cross-departmental and outside research in support of the above
• Maintain consistent company master data across all reports, file structures, and systems
• Maintain documents, work papers, and backups in designated system(s) of record
• Prepare & distribute daily, weekly, or monthly reports and / or reconciliations as requested and assigned
• Key journal entries and perform other tasks in support of month-end close
• Other duties supporting Finance & Accounting Department objectives

Qualifications

• Outstanding telephone and communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams
• Ability to meet deadlines, attention to detail and accuracy
• Expert organizational skills and ability to multi-task
• Preferred : one year or more experience in office processes and administration procedures
• Preferred : working experience with and SAP, AFRM, and related business systems
