- Manage the processing of 10-15 bulk invoices daily
- Ensuring invoices are approved and coded correctly.
- Ensure proper three-way matching of invoices
- Distinguish between goods and services in the accounting process
- Maintain accurate accounting records using software systems like NuVision
- Use Microsoft Excel for data entry and discrepancy management
- Handle check processing and other accounting functions
- Liaise with other departments to get approval for invoices
