We are looking for a Client Services Manager . In this position, you will oversee all office operations, which includes managing and coordinating office services and associated tasks.
You'll also ensure the implementation of effective internal controls, build a top-notch customer service team, achieve deadlines and organizational goals, and comply with company policies and procedures.
Additionally, you will supervise and train the administrative staff. This position offers a competitive base pay of $70,000 / year with a performance-based bonus plan adding potentially $30,000-$50,000 in yearly compensation.
You will also receive a comprehensive benefits package including medical, life insurance, 401(k), vacation, and paid holidays.
Requirements :
- 4 years office management experience
- 2 years project management experience
- Proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook, and QuickBooks
- ServiceTitan experience preferred
- HVAC experience preferred
Essential Duties :
- Serve as the primary contact for all office operations.
- Participate in on-call and weekend rotations with management.
- Provide after-hours CSR support as needed.
- Track and assess CSR performance.
- Oversee daily operations of administrative staff (CSRs, Coordinators, Bookkeeper, Dispatchers) to ensure timely task completion.
- Offer backup support to administrative and sales teams when necessary.
- Develop and maintain written procedures for the company.
- Facilitate new hire orientation and paperwork for direct reports.
- Handle accounts receivable for collections.
- Provide daily and weekly reports to management as required.
- Assist managers with vendor and customer correspondence.
- Oversee job costing for installation projects.
- Execute business tasks on behalf of the owner, including calls, emails, expense reconciliation, travel arrangements, meeting scheduling, and project research.
