Description :
As a Security Operations Specialist II, you will play a critical role in performing a variety of operational tasks related to complex securities or cash transactions.
Your expertise will ensure that processes run smoothly and efficiently while maintaining a high level of accuracy and compliance.
Qualifications :
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- 3 to 5+ years of experience in customer service, operations, financial services, or business processing.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Effective organizational and multi-tasking abilities.
- Ability to work independently while exercising sound judgment.
Responsibilities :
- Execute a variety of operational tasks for complex securities or cash-related transactions that require extensive knowledge of unit functions and systems.
- Responsibilities may include :
- Differentiating, processing, and reconciling transactions.
- Researching inquiries and resolving customer complaints.
- Reviewing time-sensitive and / or complex documents.
- Creating or revising departmental procedures.
- Coordinate situations involving multiple departments to ensure seamless operations.
- Provide department-level reporting utilizing multiple data sources.
- Train and provide work direction to junior staff members as needed.
- Offer backup support for other desks and operational areas.
- Engage in day-to-day processing, risk management, and compliance activities.
- Assist in maintenance and setup processes.
