Accounts Receivable Billing Specialist

Immediate Need !!

PrideStaff Financial has a great opportunity for an experienced Accounts Receivable Billing Specialist on a temp to perm basis.

In this role you will be responsible for Accounts Receivable financial transactions, account reconciliation, billing and vendor management.

Duties :

  • AR Account Reconciliations
  • Process billing invoices and all credit memos
  • Assist and participate in month end close
  • Posts customer payments by recording cash, checks, and credit card transactions.
  • Resolves valid or authorized deductions by entering adjusting entries.
  • Daily maintenance and reporting of accounts
  • Reconcile statements
  • Resolve customer billing issues

Requirement

  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in related accounting role
  • Bachelor's degree, preferred
  • Strong MS Excel a must - (Vlookup, Pivot & Concatenate)
  • Experience with accounting software such as Oracle MS Dynamics, Sage or SAP
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills is required
