Job Responsibilities / Requirements :
Drive technical workshop sessions with the FBIN stakeholdersParticipate in technical walkthroughs with the FBIN technical team for both D365 and UCPAnalyze the D365 and UCP technical architecture of EMTEK and HofR and suggest changes pertaining to :Technical and architectural designIdentify the issues with the architecture, configuration and customizations included in section 2 of this documentIdentify impact on the architecture of the Power pages-based Unified Customer portalAnalyze the queue items issue and suggest technical design changes neededIdentify issues with customizations and suggest remediation approachesAnalyze the impact of migrating to D365 Customer Service workspaceIdentify the technical architecture requirements for moving all FBIN brands to the same D365 instance.Accountable for all deliverables produced during the assessmentLead client meetings and / or facilitated strategy sessionsWorking with customers to analyze business requirements, defining functional specifications, and consulting with clients on strategic and operational uses of the CRM / XRM platformDeveloping high level project work plans, and managing budgets and scope of workDeveloping robust architecture design and functionalityDesigning integration solutions for backend services and back office / ERP applicationsIdentifying creative solutions to meet system / business requirements with and without the development of custom codeDeveloping data conversion and testing strategiesTraining client personnel on the usage and administration of Microsoft Dynamics CRM / XRMKnowledge of PowerApps and PowerAutomate licensing plans and features included in different plansDiverse Lynx LLC is an Equal Employment Opportunity employer.
