EquipmentShare is Hiring a Warranty Administrator, Landmark Dealership Enterprise
EquipmentShare is searching for a Warranty Administrator for our Landmark Dealerships in Irving, Fort Worth, McKinney, Cleburne & Waxahachie to help the Warranty Team.
Primary Responsibilities
- Process all paperwork necessary for accurate and timely processing of warranties including : timely submissions, maintaining accurate filing system, reviewing credits, timely return of parts, submit goodwill claims, and advising service managers regarding scrapping of parts.
- Review accuracy of all new equipment start dates in system and maintain data as required.
- Maintain records and prepares monthly recovery (paid) rate reports.
- Maintain accurate filing system for all service department correspondence documentation.
- Check and track recurring failures on equipment. Assemble data and prepare equipment failuresand repairs reports.
- Reviews and distributes vendor warranty information (service bulletins, manuals, letters, etc.).
- Tracking and reporting manufacturers’ campaigns and recalls.
- Perform all warranty audits with manufacturers.
- Maintains accurate library of vendor information as it relates to warranty.
- Make sure OEM training is completed timely.
- Manage PIPs, campaigns, and recalls from OEMs
- Manage part return requests.
- Maximize recovery by following all OEM policies.

Skills & Qualifications
- High School Diploma; Associates degree in automotive technology, business administration, or supply chain logistics (preferred).
- 2 3 year related experience
- Strong attention to detail, excellent proofreading and organizational skills
- Exceptional verbal and written communications skill, fluent in English
- Ability to perform mathematical computations such as percentages, fractions, addition, subtraction, multiplication and division quickly and accurately
- Great multi-tasking, time management, problem solving and decision making skills
- Excellent problem solving skills, basic accounting principles knowledge, research and investigative skills
- Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills
- Requires high degree of collaboration with Regional Fleet and Regional Service Managers
- Knowledge of small equipment and construction equipment preferred
- Proficient in Excel, Word, 10-Key by touch, Outlook, Smart Sheet, PowerPoint, Type 50 - 60 wpm and 10 Key by touch
- Construction equipment rental industry or dealership experience a plus
