About the Role :
As an Accounting Specialist, you will provide essential support in major financial accounting areas, including accounts payable, account reconciliation, and general ledger accounting.
Your ability to communicate effectively and manage your time efficiently will be crucial in maintaining the high standards of their financial operations.
Key Responsibilities :
Maintain accurate and complete records, including ledgers, journals, receipts, invoices, and information related to supplies and inventory.
Assist in daily, monthly, and annual accounting activities, including transaction processing and discrepancy resolution.
Manage accounts and payment schedules for vendors and employees.
Provide assistance with client receipt application for both accounts receivable and trust accounts.
Perform other duties as assigned to support the accounting team.
Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
Comprehensive understanding of accounting principles, regulations, policies, and procedures relevant to the professional services industry.
Exceptional time management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
A positive and proactive attitude with strong organizational skills.
Proficiency in computer skills, especially Excel; experience with bookkeeping software.
Ability to accurately and efficiently analyze data.
